Adios 2024, the official farewell event organised by Combrosia, the Commerce Subject Society of Motilal Nehru College, University of Delhi, was held on May 12th, 2024. The event was a vibrant mix of music, dance, and various engaging activities. The event garnered over 150 attendees who were present including the graduating class, the teachers of the Commerce Department, and the first and the second year members of Combrosia. It served as a platform for creating connections, and lasting memories, and celebrating the time spent by the departing seniors at the institution.

The event commenced with a captivating poem dedicated to the final year students, followed by an interactive game of dares. This activity elicited enjoyable moments and collected fond memories by daring the final year students to perform various tasks. It was followed by the dance segment which featured performances by first- and second-year students. The sequence began with an enchanting couple dance, followed by individual group dances for boys and girls, and culminated in a grand group performance involving everyone. These performances filled the atmosphere with happiness and joy.

The DJ session at Adios 2024 was a highlight, with the music turned up for the final-year students. The session celebrated the journey of the final year students from study sessions to dance-offs, each beat reminiscing the shared moments. The final-year students showcased their talents through various performances. A solo dance, a heartfelt song rendition, and a spirited group performance added a unique charm to the event, reflecting their energy and enthusiasm. The event featured a glamorous ramp walk for the selection of Mr. and Ms. Farewell. This segment highlighted the elegance and grace of the final year students, marking their presence in the event. Final year students were honoured with titles for their commendable performances throughout their tenure, adding a special touch to their personalities. The event concluded with a simple yet heartwarming lunch, providing an opportunity for attendees to share memories and laughter. A photo session followed, capturing countless snapshots with our seniors, sealing these precious memories. The farewell event concluded on a high note, reflecting on the shared experiences and expressing gratitude for the relationships formed during the academic journey.
